|Recommended: YesComfortable, low key living. — Being a brand new building, tenants enjoy being the first to break-in their apartments. Apart from a few setbacks and inconveniences w mail delivery, the fifty has been a really comfortable place to call home. Everything is taken care for you by staff and every effort is made for you to enjoy living in this community of mostly younger aged dog parents.
|Recommended: YesI love living here — Living in this building has surpassed my expectations. Awesome amenities, stainless kitchen appliances, modern interior design. It's got a big secure room for locking your bikes up, units all have W D, dishwasher, are cable wi-fi ready, and the on-site manager is always super nice and helpful. Combined with being in the park-like area of Mount Tabor in SE Portland, this is ideal as it gets for PDX life

|Recommended: YesReview — I've lived in quite a few apartments over the years and this is by far the best apartment living experience that I've had so far. It's a new building and there have been a few predictable problems. The process to put in a maintenance request is painless and requests are attended to quickly. The physical space is really nice, well maintained, and efficient. The office staff is genuinely friendly but also unobtrusive. It's been a great three months
