|Recommended: YesIt's very comfortable and the security features are great. — I really like it, it's close to a lot of things and my apartment is nice.
|Recommended: YesI love living at The Fifty Amazing staff, beautiful apartments, awesome location. — I am so happy living at The Fifty Not only is it clear that the staff really cares about their residents, but the building and the apartments are beautiful and modern, there is an awesome community room and patio, and it is in a very cool neighborhood. There is so much right within walking distance The Fifty is really a great place to live. I highly recommend this apartment community.
|Recommended: YesLove this place — Sometimes I hear voices and shouts, but they're very short lived. And I wish some cool air would be directed to the bedroom. But overall, nothing is perfect and this rating is really a 4.999
|Recommended: YesGreat Staff — The best experience I have had with property managers and staff to date. From move in to move out they were always extremely helpful, professional, and quick to reply to any questions. My experience at the Fifty was great.
|Recommended: YesI really enjoyed my apt, however I did not like having my bedroom at the entry of the apt. I loved the view from the 4th floor looking over Division and that was most important to me at that time. If I could redo- I would take larger apt. — Parking is very difficult unless you have garage parking. Great neighborhood, and it will be a lot better once all the construction is complete.
|Recommended: YesSo far, so good — Move in was easy. Staff was very accommodating and helpful with the move-in process. The place so far has been great. Some noise issues doors slamming , but nothing egregious.
|Recommended: YesReview — Great neighborhood, great staff, maintenance can be a little slow but it gets done so not a bad thing. Community events for everyone to get to know each other is awesome and it's a great price for what you get.
|Recommended: YesClean, friendly, but really loud — Great place to live the staff are extremely friendly and nice. Some of the other residents are up all hours of the night make extremely loud noise, but other then that it's an really nice place to live.
|Recommended: NoEnjoyable, clean, well designed, efficient, quite — It's too expensive for what is offered. The location really isn't that ideal as it relates to other new buildings in SE Portland.
|Recommended: YesLove my home here — It's a great complex and area to live in.
|Recommended: YesExcellent building and community — 1. The best soundproofing of any building I've lived in. I never hear my neighbors.
2. The staff are great friendly, available, helpful, and communicative.
3. Maintenance does a great job keeping the building clean. I've never seen a bug in the building or my unit.
4. Dogs have it good. Lots of responsible owners, socialized dogs, and dog loving neighbors.
5. A lot of community. Many of us are semi-recent transplants, and it's been really easy to connect with outgoing neighbors and make friends.
response from property -Jonathan,
Thank you for your kind review! The Fifty would not be the same with out you and your pup, Hank.

|Recommended: YesI love my new nest — My entire experience with this community has been so pleasant. From getting a tour to answering questions, to moving in and helping me with packages, I've been so pleased. I love the convenience of the amenities and the neighborhood. Feels so good to be home.
|Recommended: YesIt's a good place to live — Enjoyed my time here so far. The units are bright, clean, well-constructed, and nicely appointed. Noise is minimal. The staff is super friendly and really eager to help. Only drawback is that parking is a bit of a pain, but hey, it's the city. What do you expect
Seriously, it's a great building
